Abstract

The objectives of the research were to propose a model of development quality administration development towards excellence of Security Health Local Fund (SHLF) in Chainat Province. The mixed methodology was used. In quantitative research, the samples were 460 from administrative committees in 59 SHLF in Chainat province, research instrument was questionnaire with high reliability (.989), data was analyzed by descriptive statistics (percentage, mean, standard deviation) and inference statistics (Pearson’s correlation coefficient). Applied field study was used for the qualitative research, data collected by focus group discussion,
in - depth interview, non-participatory observation, and documentary analysis, data triangulation,   and analyzed by using content analysis, Both of quantitative research and qualitative research results was synthesized.

Findings were as follow;  1. Development quality administrative of Security Health Local Fund (SHLF) in Chainat province were at high level, 2. Excellency of Security Health Local Fund (SHLF) in Chainat province were at high level, 3. Development quality administrative to excellence and Security Health Local Fund (SHLF) in Chainat province were correlated in positively at highest level,

4. There were 3 factors in the model of development quality administration for excellence of SHLF in Chainat province, 1) input of human resource focus, leadership, organization profile and supporter 2) process of measurement analysis and knowledge management, strategic planning, process management and customer and stakeholder focus and (3) output for management, participate and result.
