The objectives of this research were 1) to study generality of the human resource potential in private sector. 2) to study roles , characteristics that were factors for human resource potential by organization for build learning innovation to sustainable development in 21st century 3) to build learning innovation to sustainable development in 21st century. The research was qualitative research that was used in-depth interview technique with semi -structured from 24 key informants for common characteristics and joint conclusion for build learning innovation to sustainable development in 21st century , moreover will be set action research for the prototype of practice.
The results of this research were as following ;
1.The generality of the Human Resource potential in private sector found that strengths was the environmental of participation , weaknesses was no system in knowledge management , opportunities was market growth and the last threats was aged society.
2.The roles , characteristics that were factors for human resource potential by organization for build learning innovation to sustainable development in 21st century found that the roles that were factors for build human resource potential were participation management for adjust attitude and communication in organization as 87.50 %.
3.The innovation to sustainable development in 21st century of human resource potential in private sector found that building the human resource development process for innovation to sustainable development were
funny organization culture that made good environment in workplace. The leadership was respected from all department that could gotten in organization objectives with friendship , social responsibility and environment sustainable as equation ; 3 Fs = Fun + Full + Friend
