Abstract

Objectives of this research were 1. to analytically study context of Human resourch management of Buddhist universities for asean community, 2. to study a model of an Human resourch management of Buddhist universities for asean community and 3. to propose a model of Human resourch management of Buddhist universities for asean community. Methodlogy was mixed method between the qualitative and quantitative researches. The qualitative research collected data by two steps; first step collected data from 18 key informants, purposefully selected from experts with structured in-depth-interview by face to face interviewing. The second step, collected data from 9 participants in focus group discussion who were female inmates. The data from both steps were analyzed by descriptive interpretation. The quantitative research collected data from 331 samples who were manager and personnel at Human resourch management of Buddhist universities for asean community Prison by questionnaires. Statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Findings were as follows: 1. The general context of Human resourch management of Buddhist universities for asean Managed by the policies of the University. That were commonly used so that the following conditions were known: 1) strength; University is a Buddhist culture and lifestyle. University students have been abroad to study. All levels of education. Keep an open general Even with the ASEAN Studies Course English courses for ASEAN The course also has a moral identity. Buddhism has applications in teaching and learning as well, 2) weakness; The staff is not prepared in advance of the language. To hire experts In the future, there must be a personnel specialist language. No clear roadmap People are ready to enter the ASEAN less. There are no plans to enter the University of ASEAN. A curriculum support Lecturer of course, not enough courses and qualification of faculty ratio is not enough, 3) opportunity; with funding from international contact to send personnel to learn the language. And are well coordinated with each other. The organization is supported by domestic and ASEAN countries more, 4) threats; A person who has no direct responsibility. Lack of policy level to develop steadily. 2. Human resourch management of Buddhist universities for asean community comprised five domains; 1) planning; Universities will have to develop a plan. International Exchange, 2) The Organization; Personnel work according to ability And the University has also set up the International Buddhist College. Decentralized hierarchy provides comprehensive and balanced.
