HIERARCH ADMINISTRATORS’ KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR DHAMMA STUDIES TEACHING IN SCHOOLS

The study of Hierarch Administrator’ Knowledge Management Model for Dhamma Studies Teaching in Schools aimed to: 1) study the hierarch administrators’ knowledge management for dhamma teaching in Suphan Buri province schools, 2) investigate the factors related to hierarch administrators’ knowledge management for dhamma teaching in Suphan Buri province schools, 3) present the model of hierarch administrators’ knowledge management for dhamma teaching in Suphan Buri province schools, and 4) assess the hierarch administrators’ knowledge management model for dhamma teaching in Suphan Buri province schools. The researchers conducted mixed qualitative and quantitative applied research using non probability sampling i.e. 20 school principals and 20 hierarch administrators for qualitative in in-depth interviewing and focus groups. For quantitative, simple random samplings of 351 people were used as key informants.
The research findings suggested: 1) the hierarch administrators’ knowledge management for dhamma teaching in Suphan Buri province schools overall was excellent. 2) the factors related to hierarch administrators’ knowledge management for dhamma teaching in Suphan Buri province schools were organizational culture, technology, leadership and knowledge assessment. 3) the model of hierarch administrators’ knowledge management for dhamma teaching in Suphan Buri province schools is a PAGODA MODEL with three elements: Pa = Knowledge Pursuit & Architecture, Go = Knowledge Globalization & Office, and Da = Knowledge Diagonal & Application. And 4) an assessment of hierarch administrators’ knowledge management model for dhamma teaching in Suphan Buri province schools resulted in suitability and practicality.
The suggestions were: Studying the same issue but differing in dimension such as comparative study in quality of learning management, comparative study in factors related to learning management, studying in development of learning management of Hierarch Administrator’ Knowledge Management Model for Dhamma Studies Teaching in Schools in Thailand.
