การเตรียมความพร้อมของประชาชนก่อนวัยเกษียณเพื่อเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุ ของประชาชนในอำเภอเมืองเชียงใหม่ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความพร้อมของประชาชนในเขตอำเภอเมืองเชียงใหม่ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ในการเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุ การวิจัยนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ประชาชนที่อายุตั้งแต่ 40-59 ปีบริบูรณ์ในพื้นที่อำเภอเมืองเชียงใหม่จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ การกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้เกณฑ์ 20 เท่าของตัวแปรสังเกต การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีตัวแปรสังเกต 15 ตัว ได้จำนวนตัวอย่าง 300 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนวัยเกษียณ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์แบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้าง
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความพร้อมในการเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุ ได้รับอิทธิพลทางตรงจากความสามารถด้านสุขภาพ มากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ความสามารถด้านเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม ความสามารถด้านเศรษฐกิจ และความสามารถด้านสังคม ตามลำดับ อิทธิพลทางอ้อมพบว่า ความพร้อมในการเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุ ได้รับอิทธิพลทางอ้อมจากความสามารถด้านสุขภาพ มากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ความสามารถด้านเศรษฐกิจ ตามลำดับ เมื่อพิจารณาอิทธิพลรวม พบว่า ความพร้อมในการเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุ ได้รับอิทธิพลรวมจากความสามารถด้านสุขภาพ มากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ความสามารถด้านเศรษฐกิจ ความสามารถด้านเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม และความสามารถด้านสังคม ตามลำดับ และแบบจำลองมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์
