A Model for the Development of Academic Leadership of Basic School Administrators in the Digital Age

Abstract
This research paper aims to 1) to study the basics for building the academic leadership development model of the digital age basic education institution administrators. 2) Create a model for the development of academic leadership of the administrators in the digital age 3) to assess the academic leadership development model of the administrators in the digital age This was a blended research. The sample group was 380 school administrators. The research was divided into 3 phases: Phase I studied the basics for creating a pattern. Academic leadership development Of the primary school administrators phase 2, the creation of a model for the development of academic leadership of the administrators in the digital age. Phase 3 Evaluation of the Academic Leadership Development Model of the Administrators of Basic Educational Institutions The tools used were 1) a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire. 2) a semi-structured interview. The statistics used in the quantitative data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data included content analysis, median, mode and interquartile range.
The research findings showed as follows: 1) The basic data on academic leadership behavior of school administrators showed that the leadership behavior of the administrators was at a moderate level, mean ( = 3.41, S.D. = 0.67). 2) The results of creating a model for academic leadership development consist of 2 main components, which are core components 1. Academic leadership has 6 areas: vision, digital leadership. Building a digital network for learning Human resource development Curriculum and technology learning management Modern technology communication and technology supervision, monitoring, measurement and evaluation. The second key component of academic leadership development has 3 aspects: Google For Education Line Facebook 3) The results of assessing the feasibility, feasibility and usefulness of the academic leadership development model of the digital foundation school administrators found that the overall picture was at a high level. ( = 4.08, S.D.=0.47 )
