The Concept of the Amnesty in Theravada Buddhist Philosophy

Abstract

Theravada Buddhist Philosophy considers the amnesty in the logical case based on the rigorous principles, the empirical reasoning and the details of the process of the making a mistake. If the offense is not complete, it should be an amnesty. In case of necessity and the some of the values, It can be argued in the amnesty in the logical case as well. Theravada Buddhist Philosophy considers the amnesty in the moral case based on the mind. If the man is a holy person, his offense has been canceled. In the moral case, the moral person is innocent of all penalties.
