Abstract

This article had three objectives, (1) to study the concept of receiving information and the problems related to access of information; (2) to study the approach to get the true information in accordance with Buddhism (3) to analyze the method of accessing authentic messages in the perspective of Buddhism. Found that:

The concept of receiving the information and messages is found as a product of sender-recipient interaction process, which is effectively developed.  For the Buddhist message, as the Buddha’s authentic teaching, its accessibility depends upon a recipient’s two characteristic factors; physically, and intellectual discernment,

Regarding the solution of the problem concerning an access to the information, the recipient of the messages needs to choose the only true and reliable messages through the particular Dhamma principle as a means of discernment and wisdom, at the same time learning not only the messages per se and also their effects.  The above mentioned Dhamma principles consist of principles: the three pieces of training in Buddhism, the principle of Kalama or as to how to investigate the doctrines, the principle of general main judgment in Buddhism and even the concept of impartiality etc.

From analysis of the problem in accessing to the information and looking for the solution to get accessibility of information, it is found that there are principles of the Dhamma doctrine, by which one can nurture well-qualified life, cultivate moral behavior and develop wisdom, thus releasing oneself away from all problems and leading to three domains of benefits namely the present good and the benefit for next life as well as the ultimate goal, Niravan. In addition, deep consequences of the analysis of the access to the information and true messages bring about four properties of well-being: the solution to solve problems, the creation of sustainable happiness, the antidote to insecurity and the systematical formulation of life plan.
