The development of Human resources in 21 century should consider the dynamic change of social context in numbers of aspect.The physical aspect, young generation includes the physical and spiritual growthsin accordance with ages.In term of mental aspect, the young generations recognize their personal and other people’s emotions and the changing of the surroundings.New generation recognize the subject core values and multi-disciplinary science with the concept of the life-long learning process.In term of capability, young generations should have creative skill, communication skill, working skill, emotional skill and management skill.
