A Development of School Resources Management Model for the Private Vocational College Using Lean Thinking Concept

Abstract

This research aimed to develop the school resources management model for private vocational college as lean thinking concept. This objective was subsidiary to the main objectives as follows : 1) to create the model for private vocational college as lean thinking concept 2) to testing the model for private vocational college as lean thinking concept. The research found that the model for private vocational college as lean thinking concept can be used to develop the school. That is to increase productivity (through put) reduction the cycle time and satisfy the activists involved in the school.
