Patterns and Processes of Buddhist Community-Forest Conservation in Ubonratchathani

Abstract
The objective of this research was to study the concepts of community
forest management, patterns and processes of Buddhist community forest
conservation, and the factors promoting and obstructing Buddhist community
forest conservation in UbonRatchathani province. The group of 30 people
providing information included Buddhist monks, community leaders, and
indigenous intellects. The tools used for the data collection were interviewed
sheets and observations. Data analysis and data synthesis were done by
interpretation and making the findings.
