Abstract

The confl ict is the human beings nature that is diffi cult to avoid. In general,
the causes of the confl ict can be classifi ed according to the external factors in 1 aspects
namely:- Data Confl ict, Interest Confl ict, Relationship Confl ict, Structural Confl ict,
and Value Conflict. Mediation is an alternative method to manage the conflict by
participation of the impartial third person who has no authoritative decision making
power. The mediator plays the role as the person who gives the advice to the parties and
also proposes them the appropriate way to solute the confl ict problems so that the parties
may work out their own mutually acceptable agreement.
