Magalatthadipani : The Science of Well-being Life

Abstract
Mangalatthadipani was written by Phrasirimangalacaraya, Chaingmai provincial monk. It was accepted as the level of commentary because writer had quoted many datum to explain his work from Tipitaka such asMangalasutta in Khuddakapatha and Suttanipata of Khuddakanikaya, Sutta-Tipitaka Vol. XXV. He explained by using main idea of Buddhism as the structure of his work and links to another scripture which concerning together. The main objective is to explain the teaching in Mangalasutta as to dissociate from the wicked etc.
From analysis of Mangaladipani’s content, we find out the science on way of well-being life in 9 aspects namely 1) environment 2) self-deployment 3) duty in family 4) duty in society 5) promotion of virtue 6) Dhamma-study 7) practice of virtue 8) high self-realization 9) highest practical benefic in Buddhism. The teaching in Mangaladipani is principle of life and social development from fundamental level to absolute level as deliverance which is the goal of Buddhism.
