The Development of Administration Model for Learner Development Activities for Social And Public Interest of Mathayomsuksa Students

Abstract
The research findings revealed as follows: 1) The changing of society focus on competition and child treatment affecting the students aimed at personal gain than public. There were divided by places and nature of activity and organizer of activity in the process of administration for learner development activities for social and public interest. The finding problem caused form parents, teachers, students and the school management systems. 2) The suggested model consists of eight factors namely Principle of activity arrangement, Environment, Technology, Structure, Process of activity arrangement, Decision Making, Activity and Result of activity. 3) The evaluative results showed that the administration model for learner development activities for social and public interest of mathayomsuksa students has the practical possibility of high level at the .001 level of significance in every factor.
