The Administration of Opportunity Expansion Schools in the Future Era: Innovative Management

Abstract
This article proposes management guidelines for Opportunity Expansion Schools in the future era, based on factors affecting administrative efficiency and aligned with the technological context and needs of 21st-century learners. Effective management serves as a crucial mechanism to extend educational opportunities to all, particularly disadvantaged groups, by enhancing efficiency, reducing redundancy, and providing modern, equitable responses to learner needs. Future education extends beyond Education 4.0 by addressing ethical questions and human goals in the age of AI and automation. Key strategies include integrating digital technology for planning, data management, and systematic communication, alongside utilizing internal quality assessments and clear indicators for continuous improvement. The research concludes that applying digital management practices improves efficiency, transparency, and educational quality while fostering personnel development and a shared learning culture within the school.
