Abstract

This article presents an analytical study on earning income while studying and developing career skills for students in the age of Artificial Intelligence (AI). It demonstrates that AI technology is creating structural transformation in the labor market and education system. The study analyzes that earning income while studying is not merely an economic necessity but an experiential learning process that develops crucial skills AI cannot replace. The article presents a framework for career skill development encompassing both Hard Skills and Soft Skills, along with five systematic support approaches: curriculum reform, specialized skill development, learning ecosystem creation, digital ethics enhancement, and continuous monitoring and evaluation. Findings reveal that AI serves as a tool opening new opportunities for students to generate income through digital content creation, data analysis, and digital product development. Integrating income generation with education helps bridge the gap between academic institutions and the labor market, representing a crucial investment in developing quality human capital to sustainably drive national development in the 21st century.
