Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the factors influencing the success of beauty clinic standards control. The study employed a quantitative research methodology. The sample consisted of 385 regulatory officers working at healthcare facilities responsible for beauty clinics licensed to operate in 2023 and 2024. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression analysis.

The findings revealed that the role of government, perception factors, organizational management factors, and marketing mix factors all had significant effects on the success of beauty clinic standards control. Among these factors, organizational management played the most important role in determining the success of standards control. The findings can be used by beauty clinic operators as a basis for improving management practices and service quality control. Relevant government agencies can also use these findings to inform the development and improvement of policies and regulations governing beauty clinics, making them clearer and more specialized. Overall, the study of the success of beauty clinic standards control in Bangkok provides an overview of the relationships among key factors involved in the regulation and implementation of beauty clinic standards across multiple dimensions. The findings particularly highlight the critical role of organizational management in achieving effective standards control.
