Leadership Skills, Knowledge Management, Organizational Innovation, Competitive Advantage and Community Enterprise Strength in Nakhon Nayok Province

Abstract
The research article aimed to examine the levels of leadership skills, knowledge management, organizational innovation, competitive advantage, and the strength of community enterprises in Nakhon Nayok Province. The study employed a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 340 members of community enterprises in Nakhon Nayok, with the sample size determined using the criterion of 20 times the number of observed variables. Simple random sampling was conducted using random numbers from the community enterprise membership lists. Data were collected through a questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, including mean and standard deviation, were used to analyze the data.
The findings revealed that the overall levels of leadership skills, knowledge management, organizational innovation, and competitive advantage were high, while the overall strength of community enterprises was at the highest level.
