The Development of Multimedia Teaching Materials on “Thai Patterned Bamboo Woven Fans” in the Subject of Home Economics for Upper Primary School Students at Wat Mahawong School

Abstract
The objectives of this research were: 1) to evaluate the efficiency of the multimedia teaching materials on “Thai Patterned Bamboo Woven Fans” in the subject of home economics, and 2) to assess the students' satisfaction with the multimedia teaching materials on “Thai Patterned Bamboo Woven Fans” in the subject of home economics. This study employed a quantitative research design. The sample group consisted of 6 students from the 6th-year upper primary school at Wat Mahawong School, selected through cluster sampling. The research instruments included the multimedia teaching materials on “Thai Patterned Bamboo Woven Fans,” a practical skills test, an evaluation form for the propriety of the teaching materials, and a satisfaction survey. The statistical tools used for data analysis included percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The findings of the study revealed: 1) The efficiency of the multimedia teaching materials on the “Thai Patterned Bamboo Woven Fans” met the standard of 80/80. The analysis showed that the scores from the skill practice during the course (E1) and the post-course practical skills test (E2) were 81.75/89.87, respectively; and 2) Students expressed a high level of satisfaction with the multimedia teaching materials on the “Thai Patterned Bamboo Woven Fans.” The overall satisfaction analysis indicated that the students were highly satisfied, with a mean score of 4.72.
