New Breed Leaders for Creating Happiness in Organization

Abstract
In an era of rapid global transformation, from the volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) world to the brittle, anxious, nonlinear, and incomprehensible (BANI) landscape, organizations face unprecedented challenges in achieving success or facing failure swiftly. Central to navigating this dynamic environment is the adaptive capability of organizational leaders. Leaders in the 21st century seek "New Breed Leaders" equipped with transformational leadership skills to lead organizations through high levels of competition. These leaders must obtain the competency to inspire love and engage team with high commitment within the organization, fostering harmony and empowering success. This article proposes the concept of "New Breed Leaders," synthesizing transformational leadership theory with the Four Noble Truths as "MEKMU" leaders. MEKMU leaders are adapt at managing themselves, others, and tasks efficiently, promoting organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Ultimately, they enable organizations to thrive in an increasingly unpredictable world, poised for continual adaptation and success.
