The Relationship between Transformational Leadership and the Enhancement of Teachers’ Creative thinking by School Administrators in Sattabongkoch School Group under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Pathum Thani

Abstract
The purposes of this research were : 1) to study the level of the transformational leadership of school administrators in Sattabongkoch School Group under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Pathum Thani; 2) to study the level of the Enhancement of Teachers’ Creative Thinking by school administrators in Sattabongkoch School Group under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Pathum Thani; 3) to study the Relationship between transformational leadership and the enhancement of teachers’ creative thinking by school administrators in Sattabongkoch school group under the secondary educational service area office Pathum Thani. The sample was 207 teachers. This tool was a 5 rating scales questionnaire constructed by the researcher with reliability value at 0.95 The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson' Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The results were found that: 1) The level of the transformational leadership of school administrators in Sattabongkoch School Group under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Pathum Thani Overall, it’s at a high level ( = 4.43, S.D. = 0.57) ; 2) The level of the Enhancement of Teachers’ Creative Thinking by school administrators in Sattabongkoch School Group under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Pathum Thani Overall, it’s at a highest level (
= 4.51, S.D. = 0.51). 3) The Relationship between transformational leadership and the enhancement of teachers’ creative thinking by school administrators in Sattabongkoch school group under the secondary educational service area office Pathum Thani was a statistically significant at a high level of positive correlation (r = .83) statistically significant at the .01 level.
