Strategies for Smart School Administration in Private Schools under the Office of the Private Education Commission in the Central Region

Abstract
The research article consisted of the following objectives: 1) to investigate the current conditions of smart school administration in private schools; 2) to develop the strategies for smart school administration in private schools; and 3) to experiment and evaluate the use of strategies for smart school administration in private schools. The study employed a mixed-method research design. The sample group consisted of 381 participants, including one director and two teachers from each of the 127 private schools under the Office of the Private Education Commission in the Central Region. The tools used included an interview form, a questionnaire, and a recording form. The statistical methods employed were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
From the study, the following results were found: 1) The current conditions of smart school administration in private schools under the Office of the Private Education Commission in the Central Region revealed that the external environment was, overall, at a high level ( = 4.13). When each aspect was examined, the economic aspect showed the highest level of current conditions (
= 4.18). Similarly, when each component was analyzed, smart schools demonstrated the highest level of current conditions (
= 4.25). The internal environment was also found to be at a high level (
= 4.19). When each aspect was examined, the personnel aspect showed the highest level of current conditions (
= 4.32). Similarly, when each component was analyzed, smart administrators demonstrated the highest level of current conditions ( = 4.32). The smart school administration in private schools under the Office of the Private Education Commission in the Central Region consists of 5 main strategies, 13 secondary strategies, and 51 methods; and 3) From evaluating the strategies for smart school administration in private schools, they were found to exhibit accuracy, propriety, feasibility, and utility. The outcomes of implementing these strategies revealed that they are effective and can be successfully implemented.
