Public Communication Etiquette of Lawyers According to Sappurisadhamma

Abstract
Rapid technological advancements have profoundly impacted public communications for legal professionals. Developing proper public communication etiquette is an indispensable skill for lawyers. Public communication etiquette refers not only to appropriate sender and receiver behavior aimed at fostering positive relationships, avoiding misunderstandings, and creating a meaningful dialogue, but for lawyers, it also means abiding by the legal profession's code of conduct regarding attorneys' etiquette. This article integrates Buddhist principles, specifically the seven principles for being an ideal person (Sappurisadhamma), with lawyers' public communications. This integration enables lawyers to avoid violations of the legal profession's code of conduct regarding attorneys' etiquette in Category 4, while maintaining the honorable legal professional identity and upholding justice in society.
