Professional Learning Community in the Buddhist Way of Phrapariyattidhamma Teachers by Saranyya Dhamma

Abstract
The purpose of this article is to reflect participatory problem solving approach of Phrapraiyattidhamma teachers who need to deal with behavior changes of their learners which are Novices who grow up in the modern world of technology and become part of their lives. The traditional way of teaching with different style of teachers has no power to deal with and support the learners to have both knowledge and ethics that are suitable for being the religious heir. Professional learning community in the Buddhist way will be one way to lead Phrapraiyattidhamma teachers in order to cultivate and develop learners so that they can live in a good way to suitable with a continuance of being a religious heir.
