Peace Innovation for Integrity Ecosystems Development Enhancing Integrity and Transparency Assessment: ITA

Abstract
The research article consisted of the following objectives: 1) To study the factors of the ecosystems favorable to integrity organizations, as well as the related concepts; and 2) To present peace innovation for developing an ecosystems of integrity organizations in order to enhance the integrity and transparency assessment. The study used mixed-method research comprising qualitative and quantitative methods. The qualitative data were collected by documentary method, in-depth interviews with 32 persons, focus group discussion with 8 person, feedback evaluation form of ITA users with 20 agencies. The obtained data were analyzed by inductive method, mean, and standard deviation.
From the study, the following results are found: 1) The factors of the ecosystems favorable to integrity organizations, it was found in leadership, directions, strategies, the assignment of responsible agencies, digital technology for work and service, personnel, integrity culture and communication integrity perception. Concepts used to enhance an ecosystem that is favorable to the integrity organization include concepts of new public management, the development of the current bureaucratic system, an ecosystem of organization, and the organization’s culture. Padhāna (effort) is a Buddhist peaceful means of developing an integrity organization. 2) An integrity organization ecosystems is an integrated relationship of organization and management. There is a leader in conveying shared values. There are departments related to the internal and external environment to promote and support. Padhāna (effort) is a Buddhist peaceful means of developing an integrity organization and reform work with a modern system. The body of knowledge obtained from the study consists of 7 components, 3 approaches, 3 goals they called ‘Peace Innovation for Integrity Ecosystems Transformation.’
