A Study of Current Conditions and Expectations Regarding the Development of Activities Model to Enhance the Service Mind of Payap University Students

Abstract
In this research, the objectives of the study are to assess the current conditions and expectations regarding the development of activities to enhance the service mind of Payap University students. A mixed research methodology with a sample group of 380 was analyzed using a questionnaire survey with a satisfactory reliability of 0.991 for both items. Descriptive statistics, including frequency, standard deviation and priority needs index are presented in this study. The results determined that the current condition and expectation of the overall service mind activities of the students had a PNI value of 0.379; the most required factors are: (1) Self-recognition skill (PNI = 0.388), (2) Analytical and problem-solving skill (PNI = 0.385), (3) Caring and scarifying value (PNI = 0.381), (4) Positive mindset (PNI = 0.375), (5) Self-responsibility (PNI = 0.372), (6) Self-motivation (PNI = 0.370).
