The Development of Training Course for Cultivating Citizenship for Primary School Students Under Nonthaburi Provincial Administrative Organization

Abstract
The research objectives were: 1) to Develop training courses to create citizenship for elementary students under Nonthaburi Provincial Administrative Organization, 2) try and evaluate training courses to create citizenship for elementary students under Nonthaburi Provincial Administrative Organization, 3) improve training courses to create citizenship of elementary students under Nonthaburi Provincial Administrative Organization. The sample group was composed of Prathom 4 to Prathom 6 students under Nonthaburi Provincial Administrative Organization by purposive sampling, totally 30 samples. The research tools were questionnaires with 5-level evaluation form. Data were analyzed by using percentage and effectiveness index.
The results indicated that: 1) The development of training curriculum for citizenship of primary school students in schools under the Nonthaburi Provincial Administration Organization had 6 components and 4 modules include the importance of citizenship, respect and accept to live together in society, responsible to the public and morality and ethics 2) The experimental results of the program showed that after the training, the students had knowledge test scores increased by 91.81%, with the knowledge test scores after training was 8.63 points higher than before training and citizenship behavior of elementary school students Under the Nonthaburi Provincial Administrative Organization as a whole increased by 77.24 percent. In this regard, students have a 72.56% increase in respect and acceptance of social coexistence, 81.55% increase in overall responsibility and 77.60% increase in morality and ethics.
