Appropriate Role Model of Volunteer and Health Development to be Sustainability In Suphanburi Province

Abstract
The purpose of this research to present an appropriate model of the role of volunteers and health development in Suphanburi province towards sustainability this research uses a combined research method. Survey research data were collected by using questionnaires. Population and sample groups are village health volunteers (EHV.) In Suphanburi province. Were obtained by using simple random methods, qualitative research Use education from documents In-depth interviews Use in-depth interview with a structure. There are 10 primary informants. Choose specific. After synthesizing the data, it was summarized as a group discussion guideline. There are expert inspections and data validation. The tools used for data collection are open-ended questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed by percentage, average, standard deviation. The results of the research can be concluded that the current state of the role of village health volunteer development (EHV.) In Suphanburi province has found secondary education is a group of people that the province values Because it can drive the work of the province in many ways In terms of work, there is a provincial public health supervisor in accordance with government regulations and has an important mechanism to drive the health system of Thailand. The goal is that people can take care of their health by focusing on health promotion. Disease control Primary care Effective referral With the Community Primary Public Health Center (NSC) as the center of work of the country and (EHV.) It is a large organization that cooperates well with the province. Cooperation and coordination Working closely with all parts of the province, In summary, work forms are 1) Community Gardening 2) Appropriate use of technology 3) Adjustment of the health service system 4) Volunteers must integrate work With the overall social development work
