Model of Performance Evaluation of Sub District Municipal Clerk the Central Region.

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to (1) study the necessary components the Subdistrict Municipal clerk performance in the Central Region (2) construct a model of performance evaluation of Subdistrict Municipal Clerk in the Central Region (3) to evaluate the performance of the Subdistrict Municipal Clerk in the Central Region. The sample representative and the main information for this study 1) 300 of Subdistrict Municipal Clerk in the Central Region. 2)20 of inspection expert a model of performance evaluation of the Subdistrict Municipal Clerk in the Central Region for answer my questionnaire 3) 15 of inspection expert a model of performance evaluation of the Subdistrict Municipal Clerk in the Central Region for use as a development approach the Subdistrict Municipal Clerk to be standards in management.
Findings are as follows:
The finding of this research found that : (1) the necessary components of the Subdistrict Municipal Clerk in the Central Region are 1) personality 2) model of performance evaluation of Subdistrict Municipal Clerk in the Central Region. Found that, 1) Personality : development of Knowledge and understanding of different culture and conceptual analysis, debate on cost, benefits, risks, and opportunities for success. 2) Knowledge: to support employees. To make decisions and perform task based on the core objectives. Values of the organization helping other employees understand this work is linked to organization success. And understanding the weaknesses of the organization. Trends of industry and market to develop. 3) Skills: found the needs of customers on time, politely preparation of the materials and resoureces to control the quality, correctiong errors and listening the ideas. 4) Attitude: the intention, the commitment,the indentification of the project, the parts.
And work done quickly and accurately. Use incentives to make informed decisions about how effective is the response to the objective, And perfomance analysis.Suppying tools, trouble shooting , workflow and process improvement. Called “ PKSA MODEL “ (3) The results of the model of performance evaluation of Subdistrice Municipal Clerk in the Central Region. Found that : possibility of the model of performance evaluation of Subdistrict Municipal Clerk in the Central Region overall level in very high and satisfaction of the model of performance evaluation of Subdistrict Municipal Clerk in the Central Region were overall highest level. Statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
