Creative Inquiry Based Learning Management to Promote Strong Citizenship in the Development of Green Products by Lampang Technical College Students

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to design the creative inquiry based learning management in order to promote strong citizenship in the development of green products by Lampang technical college student and to explore their strong citizenship in the development of the green products. The samples of this study were 40 students studying in the Certificate I, Electrical power department of Lampang Technical College. These students were chosen by Simple random sampling method through drawing lots approach.The research instruments consisted of 4 learning management plans based on the creative inquiry based learning to promote strong citizenship in the development of green products by Lampang technical college student and a strong citizenship characteristic test. The statistics used to analyze the data were an average ( ) and standard deviation (S.D.). The result of the research indicated that the compared score of students’ posttest on the strong citizenship development was higher than pretest score significantly at the 0.01 level different. The overall students’ strong citizenship characteristics was the very good level. Scrutinizingly, the democratic citizenship education was the highest score subcategory which is at the 3.58 as a very good level, while , Thai society in the global societies was the lowest score subcategory which is at the 3.45 as a good level of the strong citizenship characteristics.
