Abstract

This research on "Modern SME with Cashless Economy" aimed to study the influencing motivation factors that influenced the use of SME services in the Cashless Economy Society. Then, it aimed to examine the consistency of the structural equation model of the SME business in the Cashless Economy Society and to study the behavior of SME users in the Cashless Economy Society. In the analysis of the behavior of SMEs in the Cashless Economy Society, it was found that the sample of respondents who completed the questionnaire was 440 people. Most of the SME users ordered 2 times a week online. Payments for purchases were made online through the application. Most of the time, people paid with electronic money. The equipment that used to order goods or services were smartphones. Most of the goods or services were bought around 18.00 - 24.00. The amount of good and service were around 4 - 6 pieces per each time. The reason to use the application to buy things is to save time for shopping. Most of the products are quality clothes which are from online shopping.


 The analyzing of the motivation level to analyze causal pathways that influence the use of SME services in the Cashless Economy revealed the result as follow; The using the model of the structural equation for the satisfaction of SMEs was analyzed with SME entrepreneurs toward the use of the M-commerce system. The weight of the observed variable for each latent factor had linear coefficients between each other’s.It was found that the index of suitable for the model was x2 / df = 13, GFI= .984, RMSE= .029, RMR= .003, NFI= .9995, CFI= .999 and p = .008 which the value is not close to the acceptable threshold.
