Development of Model for Promotion Sustainable Community Participation in the Implementation of Integrated Health Management Sub-district of Phitsanulok Province

Abstract
This research aims to 1) study the operating state, problem and expectations 2) develop the model of promoting sustainable community participation in the implementation of Integrated health management sub-district of Phitsanulok province and 3) assessment and propagate the model to communities. The samples used in this study were health management sub-district committees 7 people and community leaders, health volunteers, family health leaders and populations in Watbot sub-district, Watbot district, Phitsanulok province area by using purposive sampling 319 people. The research collected data by interview and questionnaire for study the operating state problem and expectations in promoting sustainable community participation in the implementation of integrated health management sub-district of Phitsanulok province. The statistics used in this study are the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and Scheffe feature.
The results found that the samples had opinions on the operating state and expected participation in the integrated health management sub-district. Overall, at a high level. The samples were classified by personal factors there are different opinions and expectations. The development of model consists of 4 parts 1) teamwork and participation development and promoting 2) environmental sustainability 3) economic sustainability and 4) social sustainability.
