Abstract

The outcome purpose of this research is to search the study 1) the process of promoting the behavior of workers involved in quality development activities. That can affect high-performance organizations. 2) The factors affecting quality development to high-performance organizations be affiliation to use of engagement, creativity, knowledge, and promotion of senior management drive affect for an organization with quality teamwork for the high-performance organization even with organizational changes in various conditions. It can also be recognized on the international level. The sample of this quantitative research from employees who used the development of quality improvement activities in the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) were 400 people using the questionnaire as a tool to collect data. For the qualitative research use in-depth interviews with 20 people who is government regulators, senior executives, administrators, and coordinators in quality development activities. The research found that Promotion of quality development the organization's impact on the organization's performance depends on its senior management. Using the creativity of the workers to make a difference Systematic thinking can contribute several innovations with knowledge in quality development activities depends on the promotion of management. The engagement comes from working conditions in a system that is defined to be driven by continuity.


 Include of findings, researchers have suggested from the research to benefit the development of organizational quality in management development for enhancement. The image of the organization. The organization has a management mechanism with "resources", "technology", "equipment" and "cumulative knowledge". There is key personnel in charge of developing proactive and adaptive strategies for changing the way technology is different, affecting the work process in the process. Especially in the 21st with disruptive technology era.
