Abstract


  The objectives of this research were 1) to develop Private Schools Management Model under 20 years national Strategic Framework. 2) to verify and validate Management Model under 20 years national Strategic Framework with the empirical data, and 3) to study the outstanding factors and weakness factors. The sample size consisted of  204  administrators of Private Schools using the stratified random by technique. The research tool was a questionnaire. Data was analyzed employing descriptive statistics, Pearson's Correlation, and Confirmatory Factor Analysis.


          The research results were summarized as follows: Private Schools Management Model under 20 years national Strategic Framework was consisted of three factors namely: the 20 years national Strategic Framework, effective management structure of private schools, and the personal characteristics of private school administrators. The validation of Private Schools Management Model under 20 years national Strategic Framework was fit to the empirical data (Chi-Square = 110.328, df = 112, p-value = .495 ,GFI =  .940 , AGFI = .918 , RMR = .005 )  3) The outstanding factors were honesty and the management process. The weakness factors were participation resources mobilization for education and work process of stakeholders.
