Development of Change Leadership Training Course for Students in Higher Education Institutions -

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to 1) develop a change leadership training course for students in higher education institutions, and 2) implement and evaluate the change leadership training course. The research was performed in 4 steps, namely; 1) The characteristics needs for change leadership (needs assessment) by the employers 2) training course development 3) implementing and evaluating the training course and 4) improving the change leadership training course.
The research results showed that, first; the change leadership training course were consisted of 6 components, such as, 1) the principle and rationale, 2) training objectives 3) the course contents which composed of 3 modules, 4) training activities, 5) training media, and 6) training evaluation. Secound, the comparison of pre-post test on the knowledge and behavior showed that there were the significant different at the .05 and the training course evaluation showed that the training course was highly appropriate.
