Abstract

ABSTRACT


            The objectives of the research were (1) to examine causal relationship of conceptual measurement model and empirical data (2) to study direct effects and indirect effects in leadership, organizational culture, leaning organization level to effectiveness of Rajabhat University; Rattakosin Group. In this quantitative research, the researchers used questionnaire as an instrument. The defined research sample 15 units per a variable was  consisted of 240 informants; University lecturers and support staff by randomly stratified and analyzed structural equation modeling for relationship. The research results indicated that the casual model in Organizational Culture, Learning Organization and Effectiveness of Rajabhat University; Rattakosin Group was conformed to empirical data at goodness of fit index Chi-square=60.97, df=46, p=0.069, chi-square/df=1.325, GFI=0.97, AGFI=0.96, SRMR=0.040 and RMSEA=0.037 and it was found that learning organization, organizational culture and leadership affected positively to effectiveness of Rajabhat University; Rattanakosin Group.
