Abstract

This article is aimed to study the application of Buddhist principles in preventing corrupt in organizations under the policy of good governance. The author uses the literature review methodology related to Thailand policy 4.0 in term of good governance management together with Buddhist ethics Integration with the principle of preventing corruption in the organization to find ways to promote anti-corruption in the organization to be consistent with national reform and the creation of national governance. The benefits of this study are: The method or method of applying the Buddhist Principles of Ethics to prevent corrupt corruption in organizations, both public and private based on the principles of Buddhist ethics, to help the minds of staff and workers including executives in both the public and private sectors to be able to work together transparently, righteously and can be monitored at every step for create trust to the people.
