Promotion of Occupations Give the Community: A Case Study Pho Sai Village, Muang Sub-District, Muang District, Loei Province

Abstract

This research aimed to (1) to study the general condition and career problems of the community, Phosai Village, Muang Sub-district, Muang District, Loei Province, (2) to study the career path for the community, Phosai Village, Muang Sub-district, Muang District, Loei Province. This study was conducted in the area Phosai Village, Muang Sub-district, Muang District, Loei Province. The samples used in this study was family leaders or family representatives can answer questions or provide information on a 1 family of 180 households, Village Health Volunteer (VHV) village a 1 people, housewives 5 people, and village committees 5 people. Specific sampling methods. The instruments for collecting data were the In-depth interview, focus group, participatory observation.  Statistics were frequency, percentage, analyzed by the content analysis then present descriptive.

The research results were found as follows; the career path for the community, Phosai Village, Muang Sub-district, Muang District, Loei Province, has enhancing career for the community 4 sides; 1) enhancing of knowledge and experience in setting up various occupations, 2) enhancing documents for budget support from agencies, 3) enhancing the establishment of venues such as the OTOP market in the community or the Sub-district market, 4) enhancing of other vocational training in addition to the profession within the group such as training straw mushroom, Thai dessert, dishwashing liquid
