Buddhist Integrated Approach in Participative Urban Community Management of RaiKhing Municipality, Nakhonpathom Province

Abstract
This research aims1) to investigate theparticipative local administration modelof RaiKhing Municipality,Nakhonpathom Province,2) to study the integration of Buddhist principles in the participative local administration modelof RaiKhing Municipality, Nakhonpathom Province,and 3) to present the Buddhist Integrated Approach model of promoting the participation in sustainable local administration and development of RaiKhing Municipality, Nakhonpathom Province. The research was conducted according to Mixed Methodologybetween qualitative research, focus group discussionand quantitative research. It was survey researchfrom questionnaire.
The research results revealed that:
- The overall level of urban community administration of RaiKhing Municipality,Nakhonpathom Province was found at high level with score of 3.72 when considered in each aspect, it was also noted at the high levels in all aspects, were Social,Community Economic, Community Resources and Community Management. And the overall level of urban community administration of RaiKhing Municipality,Nakhonpathom Province was found at high level with score of 3.55 when considered in each aspect, it was also noted at the high levels in all aspects, were Adjudication, Operation, Advantage Receiving and Evaluation.
- The integration of Buddhist principles in the participative local administration modelof RaiKhing Municipality,Nakhonpathom Province should focuses on adjusting the mental and self of management team and people with introduce the participative administration principle includes People, Participation and Public Sector. In order to the people who are person or group of person participate in local administration according to various procedures to develop, assist, support, make the advantage in various matters or activities from thinking, decision, receiving the advantage and evaluation to incur acceptance and maximum advantage with every parties coupled with compliance with the Buddhist principles for participative local administration.
- Buddhist Integrated Approach model of promoting the participation sustainablelocal administration and development is a result of social, community economic, community resources and community management by of the participation by government, private,public and community organization sectors. Therefore, it is becomes participatory network associate and incur perfect city with organizing the community forums for the people in community to exchange knowledge together byrepresentatives from various communities and the group who responsible for various sections in community have the opportunity to meet together for meeting to find the ways to solve various problems that occur in the community.
