The Model for Development of Phrapariyattidham School Administration, Department Of General Education According To Tri Sikkha (The Threefold Learning)

Abstract

This article aims to study current operation and desire to develop the administration; create the model for development; and inspect the model for development of  Phrarapariyattidham School administration, Department of General Education according to Tri Sikkha (The Threefold Learning). The sample of 307 administrator and teacher were drawn by using Multi-stage sampling. Then 5 Administrative specialists, providing the data were selected by Purposive Sampling. The research tools are questionnaire, interview, and evaluation. The statistics used in the research are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and the Modified Priority Need Index. There are content analysis and exploratory factor analysis. 

The results are as follows:

1. The study of the current administrative operation of school administrators and teacher shown that there is moderate mean at 2.93 and 1.22 standard deviation. On the other hand, the needs in administrative development are high with the mean of 3.71 and 1.00 standard deviation.


2. There are 3 parts in the administration development model as follows: First part are concepts and principles consists of objective of administration, basic principles in administration, and the aim of administration. Second part is the structure of the school administration. The second part consists of 2 components of precept, 2 components of meditation, 2 components of wisdom. The model is causal model. Causal relationship is made from all the components mentioned. Finally, third part is applying operation, conditions, and limitation consists of preparation, creating awareness, planning the operation, operation, and evaluation.

3.By inspect the model for development of Phrapariyattidham School administration, researcher found that there are significant number of mean by 4.38 and the standard deviation of 0.65. The possibility to be able to apply in the administration is great by the mean of 4.25 and the standard deviation of 0.74.
