The Happiness of Personnel in the Performance of Government

Abstract
This article is intended to present happiness in performance of state personnel and to study the contextual factors affecting a pleasure in working and relationship happiness in the work of the personnel. Furthermore, the result of this study would be information and guidance how to create a good method in working. In order to achieve quality of working, state personnel would sacrifice in working and have motivation. Reducing stress and conflict in organization also is helpful for progressing.
