Abstract

Human is social animal and communes in group. Coexistence in society has been constituted from various needs and thoughts. Therefore, to achieve the goal, human need unity and interaction for change and progress. Furthermore, the most important key in administration in society is the leader. The leader would cause motivation and intellectual in interaction. In administration, the leader must be able in resource mobilization in order to achieve progress and goal.
