Driving Mechanism for the Prototype 5 Precepts Youth Development in Nakhon Ratchasima Province

Abstract

The dissertation has purposive to 1) study of the Prototype 5 Precepts Youth Development in Nakhon Ratchasima Province, 2) study of Driving Mechanism for the Prototype 5 Precepts Youth Development in Nakhon Ratchasima Province and 3) present to Driving Mechanism for the Prototype 5 Precepts Youth Development in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. Methodology is mixed between qualitative and quantitative research; it is collected the data from sampling group of 388 samples. The qualitative research is collected the data from the key informant interview of 25 informants and used the structured interview, the statistic that used are frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

             The research result is found that 

1. study of the Prototype 5 Precepts Youth Development in Nakhon Ratchasima Province has the elements as follows about INPUT such as 1) Knowledge; educate the youth in Law of Action, Buddhism and soling social problem, practice the five precepts, 2) Behavior: There are activities for youth to promote good conducts, 3) Attitude; there are training the youth to be a good conducts and believe in law of action. About the process; step 1 is enroll the youth, step 2 is training and step 3 is evaluation. About OUTPUT has 1) Knowledge: the youth knows about law of action, 2) Behavior; the youth fear to do more bad deeds and 3) Attitude; the youth realizes more reality of society           


2. study of Driving Mechanism for the Prototype 5 Precepts Youth Development in Nakhon Ratchasima Province; 1) Driving Mechanism for training center to the youth, public, section, education institute to encourage morality, 2) preparatory training mechanisms of morality, introducing the dhamma principles for evaluation process by the questionnaires, 3) The network mechanism has been working with various networks for the Prototype 5 Precepts Youth Development with education institute, community, local administrative organization, government sector, monk instructor and monks hierarchy 


3. present to Driving Mechanism for the Prototype 5 Precepts Youth Development in Nakhon Ratchasima Province accordance with 7’S to rising the mechanisms in training and purpose to the youth achieves and success such as S1 = Structure, S2 = Strategy, S3 = System, S4 = Style, S5 = Staff, S6 = Skills and S7 = Shared values.
