A Strategies of Human Resource Development in accordance with Buddhist Educational Management of Buddhist University in Cambodia

Abstract
This research aimed to study 1) the state of human resource management based on the Buddhist administrative administration of Phutthika Mahawidyalai in Cambodia, 2) to develop the human resources development strategy based on the Buddhist administrative administration of Phutthika Mahawidyalai in Cambodia, and 3) to propose the human resources development strategy based on the Buddhist administrative administration of Phutthika Mahawidyalai in Cambodia. The data were collected by in-depth interviews with 30 key informants consisting of executives, teachers, and staff of Phutthika Sakon Preah Sihanouk Raj College and Phutthika Mahawidyalai Preah Sihamoni, and then analyzed by TOWS Matrix. The other data were collected through group discussions with 10 experts and 7 experts and analyzed by content analysis. 1) The study reveals that the Human Resource Management plan is really not yet available. And also participation in the provision of information of the Human Resource Management is still less. As a result, there are not monitoring and reports on outcomes assessment. 2) A Strategic the Human Resource Development Based on Buddhist Principles of Education there are 4 strategies 1) Promote and support the development of human resources to participate in health promotion activities 2) Human resource development by mental training and supervision experience to promote learning exchange 3) Development of personnel to be readily available, potential and knowledgeable about the changes in society 4) Develop learners and human resources to meet international standards. 3) The results suggest that the benefits of the strategy as a whole are found to be an appropriate and effective benefit at a high level.
