The School Administration Process are Transparent According to Buddhist Principles.

Abstract
This Research Propose the Transparent Administration Process in Primary Schools Based on Buddhist Principles. This Mixed Method Research. The Quantitative Data Were Collected from 170 samples in Primary Schools in Pathumthani Province through Questionnaires and Analyzed by Mean, Percentage, Frequency, and Standard Deviation. The Qualitative data were collected by Interviews with 9 experts and Connoisseurship, and then Analyzed by Content Analysis.
The results of the study found that
- The Current Situations and Problems of Transparent Administration in Primary Schools were at the Moderate Level Totally. The Causes of the Problems Came From the Lack of Decentralization, Follow-up and Monitor from the Headquarters, and Qualified and Responsible Personnel.
- The Development of Enhancement Process of Transparent Administration in Schools based on Buddhist Principles must be done in 4 Aspects; Academic, Budget, Personnel Management, and General Management, based on the Principles of Moral Shame, Moral Dread, and not taking what is not given.
- The Transparent Administration Process in Primary Schools based on Buddhist Principles Consists of Transparency, Responsibility, and Accountability by the Process of Planning, Doing, Evaluating, and Adjusting for Improvement.
The Body of Knowledge Obtained from the Study can be concluded into “TAAD Model” Consisting of Transparency, Administration, Accountability, and Dhamma.
