A Study to the Identity of Buddhist Integrated to the Process of Nam Phi Steel of Ban Namphi Community Thongsaenkhan District, Uttaradit Province

Abstract

The objective of this study was to 1) to study the Identity of Buddhist Integrated to the Process of Nam Phi Steel of Ban Namphi Community Thongsaenkhan District, Uttaradit Province 2) to study the Identity for Cultural Preservation knowledge of Ban Namphi Community Thongsaenkhan District, Uttaradit Province 3) to study Identity of Buddhist Integrated knowledge with sustainability to the process Nam Phi Steel of Ban Namphi Community Thongsaenkhan District, Uttaradit Province.

The results of this research found that;- 1) the process of Nam Phi steel is considered to be associated with the ancient ways, beliefs, practices, heritage and a blend of Buddhist beliefs, thus creating a unique culture and traditions because villagers considered the water believed that religion is a psychological restraint.

2) The process of creating a conservation culture wisdom knowledge of Nam Phi steel is to convey knowledge from generation to generation by the Group actually practices to maximize the experience and expertise in the production of Nam Phi Steel this unique blacksmith's heritage sites from the past.

3) The Buddhist Integrated with sustainable community, the integrated of Buddhism with the wisdom that are associated with religious applications. Under the participatory development between the local community and monks, which the development of sustainable and local identity should be developed knowledge. The development of business and marketing promotion the development of innovation and production technology. The conservation of cultural wisdom, environment, and society of the community. Because the villagers Nam Phi most have faith in the sanctity of the Nam Phi steel. Which is the life of the bond with nature. The awareness of the uses of natural resources is a balance to achieve maximum benefit.
