บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้สูงอายุในการใช้บริการด้านเบี้ยยังชีพผู้สูงอายุ เทศบาลนครเจ้าพระยาสุรศักดิ์ อำเภอศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของการใช้บริการด้านเบี้ยยังชีพผู้สูงอายุ เทศบาลนครเจ้าพระยาสุรศักดิ์ อำเภอศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ อาชีพ รายได้ สถานภาพ และการศึกษา มีจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้สูงอายุจำนวน 376 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวม ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ใช้การแจกแจงความถี่ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ระดับความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการด้านเบี้ยยังชีพผู้สูงอายุ เทศบาลนครเจ้าพระยาสุรศักดิ์ อำเภอศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยรวมมีอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด หากพิจารณาเป็น รายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่ผู้สูงอายุมีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการให้บริการอย่างเสมอภาค ( = 4.64) รองลงมา คือ ด้านการให้บริการอย่างทันต่อเวลา (
= 4.57) ด้านการให้บริการอย่างก้าวหน้า (
= 4.47) ด้านการให้บริการอย่างต่อเนื่อง (
= 4.46) และด้านการให้บริการอย่างเพียงพอ (
= 4.39) ตามลำดับ เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้สูงอายุที่มีต่อการบริการด้านเบี้ยยังชีพผู้สูงอายุ พบว่า ผู้สูงอายุที่มี เพศ อาชีพ รายได้ สถานภาพ การศึกษา แตกต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจต่อการบริการแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนอายุที่แตกต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
