บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการดูแลสุขภาวะที่เหมาะสมของผู้สูงอายุ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการการดูแลสุขภาวะผู้สูงอายุ 3) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบที่เหมาะสมในการดูแลสุขภาวะผู้สูงอายุ 4) เพื่อจัดทำข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายการดูแลสุขภาวะเหมาะสมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ประชากร คือผู้สูงอายุที่อาศัยอยู่ตามลำพังในชนบทจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จำนวน 14,705 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้สูงอายุที่อาศัยอยู่ตามลำพังในพื้นที่ชนบทของจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จำนวน 389 คน และการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก จำนวน 23 คน และทำการสนทนากลุ่ม จำนวน 15 คน โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การจัดกลุ่มเนื้อหาและการอธิบายเชิงพรรณนา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การดูแลสุขภาวะผู้สูงอายุที่อาศัยอยู่ตามลำพังในชนบท จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.46, S.D. = 0.85) 2) ความต้องการการดูแลสุขภาวะผู้สูงอายุที่อาศัยอยู่ ตามลำพังในชนบท โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (
= 4.24, S.D. = 0.82) 3) รูปแบบที่เหมาะสมในการดูแลสุขภาวะผู้สูงอายุ มิติสุขภาวะ ประกอบด้วยการดูแลสุขภาวะทางกายตามหลัก 10 อ และการดูแลสุขภาวะทางจิตตามหลัก 5 ส มิติการมีส่วนร่วม ประกอบด้วยการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมกลุ่ม ชมรม ในโอกาสต่างๆ มิติความมั่นคง ประกอบด้วยด้านที่อยู่อาศัยที่มีความสะดวก ง่ายและปลอดภัย และด้านรายได้ที่เพียงพอและเหมาะสม 4) ข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบาย ประกอบด้วยแนวนโยบายในการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาผู้สูงอายุที่อาศัยอยู่ตามลำพังในชนบท ให้ดำรงชีวิตอยู่ได้อย่างมีความสุขและปลอดภัย
