บทคัดย่อ
การจัดการสู่องค์การแห่งนวัตกรรมการศึกษา เป็นกิจกรรมที่ต่อเนื่องจากกิจกรรมการวางแผนการจัดองค์การเป็นการจัดกลุ่มคนที่มีหน้าที่ต้องปฏิบัติงานร่วมกัน เพื่อทำกิจกรรมที่องค์การได้กำหนดขึ้น โดยต้องมีแนวทางที่จัดวางงานและการแบ่งงานภายในองค์การให้แต่ละคนในองค์การได้ปฏิบัติ เพื่อให้สามารถดำเนินงานให้บรรลุตามเป้าหมายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ การจัดการสู่องค์การแห่งนวัตกรรมการศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 1) การจัดโครงสร้างองค์การแห่งนวัตกรรมการศึกษา ได้แก่ 1.1) การกำหนดโครงสร้างขององค์การ ารจัดตั้งคณะทำงานร่วมกันทำงานตามโครงการต่างๆ 1.3) การสร้างเครือข่ายแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน และ 1.4) การสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพในองค์การ 2) การมุ่งเน้นการดำเนินงานเชิงกลยุทธ์สู่ความเป็นองค์การแห่งนวัตกรรม ได้แก่ 2.1) มีการมุ่งพัฒนาบุคลากรสู่ความเป็นนักนวัตกรรม 2.2) การพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการทำงานเป็นทีม 2.3) การจัดบรรยากาศการทำงานที่ส่งเสริมการคิดสร้างสรรค์ และ 2.4) การเสริมสร้างวัฒนธรรมที่ส่งเสริมนวัตกรรม
