บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการจัดการเรียนรู้ประวัติศาสตร์แบบการเล่าเรื่องด้วยสื่อวีล็อก เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะความเป็นพลเมืองรักษ์ถิ่นของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย 2. เพื่อศึกษาแนวทาง การจัดการเรียนรู้ประวัติศาสตร์แบบการเล่าเรื่องด้วยสื่อวีล็อก เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะความเป็นพลเมืองรักษ์ถิ่นของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย เป็นการวิจัยปฏิบัติการ ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือกลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญประเมินแนวการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ ได้แก่ คณาจารย์และครูผู้สอนสังคมศึกษา จำนวน 9 คน โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วยแบบวิเคราะห์เอกสาร และแบบประเมินแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
- วิธีการจัดการเรียนรู้ประวัติศาสตร์แบบการเล่าเรื่องด้วยสื่อวีล็อกเป็นการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง ในรูปแบบกิจกรรมที่ผู้เรียนจะต้องเป็นผู้ที่สร้างเนื้อหา ออกไปค้นคว้าหาข้อมูล ทำความเข้าใจกับบริบทและสัมภาษณ์ชาวบ้านในชุมชน จากนั้นผู้เรียนจึงนำข้อมูลที่ได้กลับมาประมวลผล จัดลำดับความคิด เพื่อนำเสนอเป็นเรื่องราวโดยการเล่าเรื่องด้วยสื่อวีล็อก
- แนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ประวัติศาสตร์แบบการเล่าเรื่องด้วยสื่อวีล็อก เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะความเป็นพลเมืองรักษ์ถิ่นของนักเรียน ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายที่ผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนาขึ้นเรียกว่า UBTE Model ซึ่งมี 4 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ ขั้นที่ 1 การสร้างความเข้าใจ (Understanding) ขั้นที่ 2 การสร้างความรู้ (Building knowledge) ขั้นที่ 3 การลงมือปฏิบัติ (Taking Action) และขั้นที่ 4 การประเมินผล (Evaluation) ซึ่งมี ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
